LAMPO AUTO CUTTING TABLE
Our automatic cutting table allows GPA to enter orders in the office and then thru the computer network transfer these to the auto table allowing for speed and accuracy. The auto table automatically loads stock sheets and cuts to the size programmed and even adjust its cutting for edgework.
HEGLA LAMINATED CUTTING TABLE
Allows us to cut both sides of the laminate in one run, with a heater bar included the use for dangerous chemical to break thru is limited.
STRAIGHT LINE EDGING MACHINES
With a multiple of wheels this machine allows us to do a quality flat grind, polish, mitre and bevel straight edges on glass from 3mm to 19mm thick.
JETSTREM WATERJET
With the use of CAD drawings and high pressure water mixed with fine garnet we can easily cut through glass up to 19mm thick.
JETSTREM WATERJET
This machine is a computer programmed, multi tooled glass processor. Its capabilities include shaped template cutting, shape bevels; shape polishing, and brilliant cutting to near on exact sizing.
LISEC WSL
This is an Austrian machine that uses all the latest technology available in the glass industry today. With a fully computerized and automated operation this machine can take a stock sheet grind, drill, polish, countersink, waterjet, glue, seem and then wash all in a single process with out being touched by human hands.

LANDGLASS TEMPERING (TOUGHENING) FURNACE
Over 5 years ago we installed this furnace and regular maintenance, quality installation and very skilled operators we consider it to be one of the best performing furnaces in the state.

GPA is certified to Australian Standards AS2208 and AS2080 which enables us to produce Grade A safety glass in Australia and the Australian Market.
